2004 China（Jinan）International Tourism Fair
 
Dear  Mister  Mayor,
Under  the guidance of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), and jointly sponsored by Jinan Municipal People’s Government and Shandong Provincial Tourism Administration, the 2004 China (Jinan) International Tourism Fair will take place between September 3—5, 2004 in Jinan Shungeng International Exhibition Center in the city of Jinan, Shandong Province, China.


Shandong Province, located in north-China’s east coast, being a large province in both economic and tourism resources, is a greatly attractive travel destination and an important tourist output source. The city of Jinan, capital of Shandong Province, a provincial tourism center, well known as “City of Springs”, with convenient transportation and abundant tourism resources, has been listed in China’s Top Tourist Cities and China’s Famous Historical and Cultural  Cities, located on the golden tour route of china—“One Mountain, One River and One Sage”. There are a great number of tourists going outbound each year and the annual inbound international tourist arrivals reaches 10 million.


Since 2001, China(Jinan) International Tourism Fair has been successively held for three sessions, attended by the representatives of more than 4,000 travel enterprises in more than 20 provinces in China and by tourism officials and personages from the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and other regions, Satisfactory trading results has been obtained in mutual exchanges, promotion and marketing, as well as cooperation among participants and the Fair has become one of China’s important exhibition events.

2004 China(Jinan) International Tourism Fair is pivoted on the encouragement and promotion of corporation and development in tourism at home and abroad. We have set up 700 exhibition booths which are of international standard, 100 of them are available for foreign exhibitors. People from all walks of life are invited, including domestic and foreign tourism administrations, sister cities, tourist cities, scenic spots, hotels, travel agencies, tourist firms, network companies and tourist art groups, etc. At that time, participants will launch activities on tourist propaganda, trade negotiations, art performance, and visitation, etc.


In order to make things convenient, the committee of the Fair provides the followings for your participants.


1、We provide 2 to 3 free exhibition booths for your government exhibition delegation , and offer free accommodation (four-star hotel) and reception when they arrive in Jinan.


2、We provide free exhibition booths for your companies of tourism,  and offer free accommodation (four-star hotel) and reception for 2 persons per booth.


3、We provide free accommodation and transportation for your art groups that will perform at the Fair during their stay in Jinan.
4、If you need to put up special booths in raw space, please contact the committee of the Fair as soon as possible.( the exhibition booths fee burdened by yourself )
