IEC is an international non-for- profit, non-governmental association, established in 2002, under French Law called " Loi 1901".

It is governed by an executive committee including both european and chinese regional members. A management team has delegation to implement the decisions.

* Use the profit left  of its financial resources to promote children and adolescents international gatherings in transcultural teams, allowing under privileged kids to attend to these events (linked to the World Federation for Youth Interaction  - www.youth-interaction.org )

Innovation and Research need more and more of talented multi-disciplinary teams from various geo-economic areas.

We propose to chinese firms to join consortia of european research projects within the Framework programme 6 of the European Commission.

Chinese firms, be they micro, small or large ones, will be able to tender or get for financial support within these to be or accepted projects and benefit of mutually profitable technology exchanges.

Example :
You wish to initate an innovative research or development  project and get it financed (50 %) in the framework of the Europe China technology agreement.
We can co-take in charge your initiative and find european or/and chinese partners, also assuming all the steps for the completion of the project.
